What is IMS?
IMS stands for Integrated Management System. IMS is used to improve the effectiveness of prime business objectives. The goal and commitments which can be met after implementing Integrated Management system gives high level customer satisfaction. Integrated Management System manual is something which describes all the operations within the scope of business.
Documents of IMS-
The controller of the documents manages all the documents on the behalf of management representative. Documents includes the following-
